The Stingray EX offers an affordable price point by using U.S.-made parts while being assembled in Japan.
The neck is maple, the fingerboard is rosewood, and it features a 6-point neck joint.

The frets have been leveled; they are generally low and flat.
There are two areas of paint peeling, each about 2 centimeters in size, near the upper-right corner of the body’s cutaway, with numerous scratches in the surrounding area.
The headstock shows scratches, dents, and paint peeling; there is paint chipping at the neck joint; darkening is visible on the back of the neck; the body has scratches and dents; and the metal parts exhibit rust, tarnish, and pitting.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
