USED Rickenbacker / 355 JL John Lennon Limited Edition, manufactured in 1990 [09]

This model was released in 1990 as a limited edition of 2,000 units to commemorate the 50th anniversary of John Lennon’s birth. This particular instrument is “1062.”
It features a maple semi-hollow body, a rosewood fingerboard, a medium scale, three Toaster Top pickups, and a U-shaped tailpiece.

The strap pins have been replaced with locking types, but the locking pin on the opposite side is missing.
There are scratches, dents, and paint peeling on the headstock; scuff marks are visible on the back of the neck and the fingerboard; and there is a crack in the paint near the end of the fingerboard.
The body has numerous scratches and dents; there are areas where the finish texture differs; a horizontal crack in the finish is visible on the upper left of the body’s front; and the metal parts show some tarnish and pitting.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
