This Bill Lawrence model, dedicated to Takehiko "Shake" Kogure, is characterized by its single single-coil pickup and volume control only.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood.

We have corrected the floating frets and performed a fret leveling.
The tremolo arm is missing.
There is discoloration on the headstock and body finish; the headstock has scratches, dents, and areas where the finish is lifting or peeling; and the back of the neck has scratches and dents accompanied by indentations.
There are scratches and dents on the body; a crack has formed in the screw hole of the control panel on the back of the body; playing wear is visible on the pickguard; and the metal parts show some tarnish and pitting.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
