USED Gibson Custom / Murphy Lab Tom Murrhy Painted 1959 LP STD Royal Tea Ultra Light Aged 2021 [10]

We have a Tom Murphy Painted 1959 Les Paul Standard from the 2021 Gibson Custom Murphy Lab Collection.
It's a clean, beautiful condition piece as it was made in recent years. (PRE-PACK CHECKLIST Date: 06-15-2021)

The finish specification is ULA (Ultra Light Aged), which is a "Murphy Lab" category that reproduces the ultimate vintage Les Paul.
The details and basic materials are the same as the current "1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue", but it has a Royal Tea color, which is not available on the regular ULA, and the "Tom Murrhy Painted" program, in which Tom Murphy does the color painting. It is also a special op setting for "Tom Murrhy Painted", a program in which Tom Murrhy works on color painting, so it is a limited item produced irregularly by M2M (Made to Measure) and PSL (Pre-Sold Limited).
The neck profile (contour of the grip area) is similar to a soft V-type grip.
The control assembly is soldered virgin, so it is in full original condition including the pickups. Also, the initials "TM", which is the initials of the person who applied the painting work, has been handwritten on the bottom of the control cavity with a marker.

The weight of the unit is approximately 3.99 kg. The current toggle switch plate is a metal plate (Custom Shop Switch Plate Medallion, Logoz: 0.03kg), but the included Historic Reissue Les Paul Switchplate: 0.01kg), it might be about 3.97kg.

In my opinion... The Murphy Lab Finish has four aging options, so you may have a hard time deciding which one to purchase, depending on how aged you like it, the color, the figured finish, the tone, the feel of the guitar, etc. But this one is by Tom Murphy.
However, since this is a Tom Murphy painted color spec and ULA finish, you can't help but feel that this is a ready-to-play instrument that combines an elegant appearance with the feel and playability of a vintage Les Paul from the Golden Era era. (There is a scratch on the corner of the body back on the first string side that is less than 8mm in length, but it is blended with cracks in the aged finish and looks good.)

Neck condition is presently fine.
There is enough room for truss rod.
Almost no fret loss
String height on the 12th fret: 6th string side: about 1.6mm, 1st string side: about 1.5mm.
