The 1990s Fender Japan Richie Sambora Model is now in stock!
We have received a Snow White Richie Sambora model from the Fender Japan era.
Based on the serial number and catalog materials from that era, we estimate it was manufactured around 1997–1998.
With nearly 30 years of age, there are signs of wear, handling marks, and damage typical of its age. However, considering the production period, these are minimal and do not interfere with playability, making this a rare specimen that can be played immediately.
Notable Damage
There are paint cracks on both sides of the neck pocket, a common occurrence with detachable (bolt-on) models.
Additionally, there is some tarnish and deterioration (signs of rust) on metal parts such as the mounting screws, as well as scattered scratches and dents; however, there are no buckle marks on the back of the body, and no major damage is apparent on the neck grip.

While it is by no means in mint condition, considering its age, I cannot help but feel this is a rare specimen that has been meticulously cleaned and maintained to ensure excellent playability. Additionally, it comes with a hard case originally sold separately by Fender Japan for the ST and TL models.
