Description
The Muramatsu flute enjoys overwhelming popularity among flutists both in Japan and abroad. This is the AD model, a solid silver instrument manufactured prior to the introduction of the DS series. It features covered keys and a C footjoint. It does not have an E mechanism. Although made entirely of silver, it does not feel too heavy to play; this model offers excellent control while delivering the rich resonance characteristic of Muramatsu flutes. Based on the serial number, it is believed to have been manufactured in the early 1990s.There are general signs of wear, and small dents and repair marks are visible from the headjoint to the footjoint. The instrument has been fully adjusted, including the replacement of all felt pads.
