A pristine 2018 Historic LP1960 VOS has just arrived!
This guitar features a stylish VOS finish that evokes the look of vintage guitars.
To complement the VOS finish, the metal hardware has been distressed, giving the guitar the deep character and atmosphere of the Historic series.
Due to issues with the bridge pickup tone control knob and pot shaft, the control knob and control pot have been completely replaced.
The work, which utilized genuine Gibson CTS pots, bears the hallmarks of a professional repair job worthy of a Gibson Custom.
The wiring has been restored to match the pre-replacement configuration, providing peace of mind.
All other parts are in their original condition.
While a few scratches are visible outside the VOS finish, there are no dents, prominent buckle marks, or rivet marks.
Considering that this guitar is now in its eighth year, I believe it is in excellent condition, clean and close to mint condition.
