We have received a 1994 Fender Custom Shop 40th Anniversary Diamond Dealer Limited Edition Stratocaster.
This is a limited-edition anniversary model commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Stratocaster’s debut, limited to 150 units worldwide (100 in the U.S., 50 for export to other countries). It features special specifications and included items designed to celebrate the 40th anniversary.
The Diamond Dealer Ring, engraved with the guitar’s serial number, is included in a dedicated leather case to ensure it is not lost.
Additionally, the certificate of authenticity signed by John Page, who was the FCS manager at the time, and the FCS 40th Anniversary ST certificate are still in existence.

Cosmetic Condition
This instrument is now 32 years old since its manufacture.
While there is some tarnish and minor wear on the metal parts, there are no signs of heavy playing or rough handling, suggesting it was likely kept in a collector’s collection.
The original frets show no signs of wear from playing.
There are numerous scratches on the pickguard and body, but these are likely primarily due to polishing marks left behind from the factory buffing process (mirror finish) or scuff marks from cleaning.
There are no large, noticeable impact marks, so it is reasonable to assume that the guitar was carefully stored and preserved.
