Yamaha's SA-2200 semi-acoustic is a semi-hollow semi-acoustic with a sound character that makes the most of the "wood sound" and the beauty of the wood grain. The block is placed in the center of the body, and it combines the mild sound of a semi-hollow with good response.

The body has an impressive clean frame, and the set-in mahogany neck is 628mm medium scale, close to Gibson scale.
The fingerboard is made of ebony, and there is also a volute on the back of the head.
Gold parts give the guitar a luxurious feel, and the Alnico V humbucker pickups produce a variety of sounds with the bi-sound switch.
The clear and balanced sound is very attractive.
