USED Fender / Coronado II Antigua 1968 [11]

The vintage Coronado series was Fender's attempt at the hollowbody market.
The Antigua-colored body with peeling paint and weather checks, custom-made Grover pegs, and pickguard in the same color as the body and head give it an austere look unique to its age. The combination of the edgy sound of the Dialmond pickups and the airiness of the hollowbody is exquisite, with a unique deadened sound.

It has probably been refretted.
Toggle switch has been replaced.
The bridge has been replaced with a Gotoh bridge, and the tailpiece has been replaced with a Bigsby.
There are fine weather checks throughout. Paint peeling can be seen here and there.
There is discoloration and color burn on the paint and binding.
There are no noticeable abnormalities in the neck, and there are no problems with playing condition.
