This model is a high-end model of Mockingbird with sustainer, which can be said to be an icon of Mr. hide of "X Japan", one of the most famous bands in Japan.
Maple top and mahogany back body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard.
This model has a bolt-on joint, whereas the full spec model had a through neck.
The sustainer, which is indispensable in Hide's guitar performance, allows for semi-permanent long tones, and of course, in harmonics mode, a feedback effect is forced to occur, allowing for a more authentic Hide sound to be pursued.
Overall, there are some minor scratches and dents.
There are some age-related deterioration such as rust and tarnish on metal parts.
There is a crack on the border between the neck pocket end and the front PU counterbore, which has been repaired by gluing.
There is a bump on the top joint of the body above the strap pin, which may be due to the thinning of the wood over time.
There are some paint chips on the corners, which are often seen on deformed guitars, and the neck binding has some color burn/discoloration.
There is no noticeable abnormality on the neck, and the guitar is in good playing condition.
