USED Martin / D-18 Modern Deluxe [11]

This special "Modern Deluxe" model has been updated based on the D-18 sound of the past.
The top is made of Sitka spruce treated with VTS (Vintage Tone System), which delivers rich overtones and a cohesive sound right from the start.
The sides and back are made of mahogany for a warm and core mid-low range, which produces a powerful sound on strokes and a three-dimensional sound image when played fingerstyle.
Bracing is a forward-shifting scalloped X brace.
In addition, the composite carbon fiber bridge plate and Liquidmetal bridge pins, which are unique to Modern Deluxe, provide excellent response and volume.
The neck features a Vintage Deluxe profile with a High Performance taper, and the slightly asymmetrical shape ensures smooth playability up to the high position while retaining a firm and comfortable grip.
The ebony fingerboard, EVO gold frets, and gold open-gear pegs give the guitar the appearance and durability of a high-end specification.
This model is designed to be easy to play and sound modern while respecting the tone character of the classic D-18.
The bridge pin has been replaced.
There are scratches and dents around the head pegs. There is a scrape around the sound hole. There are some other scratches and dents, and it has a feeling of use.
The frets after the 17th fret have been shaved heavily, especially at the 20th fret, which has been shaved extremely low. Therefore, it is difficult to play sound on the high tone string side at the 20th fret.
The 6th string side is warped backwards and the 1st string side is warped forwards. The frets have been fretted. Currently there are no problems with playing except at the 20th fret. Refretting is not covered by warranty.
