The “Bill Lawrence” brand, developed by Japanese musical instrument manufacturer Moridaira Gakki
features a vibrant red color scheme that unifies the body, fingerboard, and headstock, with the pickguard and pickups also finished in red.
With gold hardware—from the bridge and tuning pegs to every screw—it boasts a gorgeous look that commands attention!
In addition to the H-S-H pickup configuration, the front and rear humbuckers can be switched via a mini-switch.
This allows for a wide range of sound shaping, and the rich sustain unique to a hard-tail bridge is another major attraction.
With the solid build quality unique to Japanese-made Bill Lawrence guitars, this is a truly distinctive instrument, full of character in both appearance and sound.
Overall, there are signs of wear consistent with its age, including scratches, dents, dirt, and scuffs.
Signs of aging, such as rust and tarnish, are visible on the metal parts.
There are numerous areas of peeling and chipping paint across the entire body, neck, and headstock, exposing the wood beneath.
There are cracks and peeling paint at the neck joint, as well as peeling paint on the sides of the fretboard at the 2nd and 6th frets.
The pickguard has numerous fine scratches, and some areas appear whitish.
The fingerboard shows slight signs of finish deterioration due to age.
Although there is overall wear and signs of use, the neck shows no noticeable abnormalities and the instrument is in good playing condition.
