Among Ibanez’s prestigious Prestige line, the “MM1” is a signature model that takes player-oriented design to the extreme.

Reflecting Martin Miller’s requests and building on the design philosophy of the AZ series, this high-end model, made in Japan, was developed to be more practical and versatile.

The body combines a flamed maple top with African mahogany, striking a balance between aesthetics and acoustic performance. The neck and fingerboard feature S-TECH-treated roasted maple, ensuring resistance to environmental changes and smooth fingering. Stainless steel frets and meticulous edge finishing ensure resistance to wear even with long-term use, maintaining exceptional playability.

Equipped with Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups, the design offers a wide dynamic range and excellent separation despite its reduced output, delivering a three-dimensional tone in clean settings and clearly defined chord articulation when driven. Furthermore, the dyna-MIX10 switching system enables versatile sound shaping—including single-coil-like nuances—despite the humbucker configuration.
There is paint chipping on the body contour. There is also chipping at the tip of the headstock.
There are scattered scratches and dents, and the guitar shows signs of use.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
