Based on the Fender Made in Japan Traditional II 70s Telecaster Thinline, this FSR model was released exclusively through Ishibashi Music in 2022. Its most distinctive feature is the use of a mahogany body instead of the standard ash, which, in addition to the airy quality unique to a semi-hollow body, delivers a rich, resilient tone with depth in the midrange.Paired with Wide Range humbuckers, it delivers a warm, deep resonance in clean tones and combines a thick core with excellent projection when driven. Lightweight and easy to handle, yet with a sound that commands attention, this is a truly captivating guitar. It is a highly refined special edition with a sound character that sets it apart from the standard model.
