Based on Martin’s classic D-18 Dreadnought, the D-18P features a thinner neck profile that offers superior playability. With a spruce top paired with mahogany sides and back, it retains the clear, responsive sound and solid midrange projection of the original, while offering a smooth playing feel that suits modern playing styles.

Built in 2010, this guitar is a transitional model that retains the rich, full-bodied tone characteristic of the original D-18 while being one of the first to incorporate the enhanced playability that would later become standard. Its versatility—from powerful strumming to fingerstyle—makes it a highly manageable instrument, and it’s highly recommended for players who prioritize practicality.

The frets have been leveled due to indentations and slightly raised frets.
