Even after 40 years since its release, the "L" continues to be cherished by countless artists as a legendary instrument... Its enduring value lies in consistently delivering the sound and playability demanded by each era at the highest level. It ushered in an era of acoustic guitars in Japan, evolving with the times, and always responding to the player's vision. That is the L Series.

Featuring an original jumbo body and all-solid construction, it employs Engelmann spruce for the top and rosewood for the sides and back.

The top wood undergoes our exclusive "A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) treatment." This achieves a rich, well-played-in sound!!

The bracing features a non-scalloped X-bracing design. The X angle is WIDER than the conventional 90°, and the bracing is positioned lower with a square profile. This ensures the X's intersection point fits perfectly! Furthermore, an additional side brace connecting the top and back braces more reliably transmits string vibration to the back!

The NECK features a 5-piece construction of mahogany and rosewood, achieving greater strength against warping and twisting! It also features a tapered shape, thinning by 1mm at the 10th fret, improving playability in the higher positions!Furthermore, the fretboard edges are rounded for a smooth, comfortable playing feel! The headstock is reinforced with a rosewood veneer and volute processing on the back!

The new model features revised string height and string spacing. The 6th string is slightly lower, the 1st string slightly higher, and the string spacing is widened by 0.3mm.

It adopts the neck joint shape used in the Custom model. The depth of the dovetail joint has been increased by an additional 4mm, delivering rich sustain!

The entire BODY is finished with a lacquer coating using stone powder filler, delivering excellent response and dynamics!! The luxurious abalone inlay also exudes a premium feel!

The response is outstanding, delivering tight bass, sparkling highs, and a very balanced, luxurious sound!
