The Academy series was born out of a desire to bring better Taylor guitars to as many guitar players as possible.
The Academy series is a successful brand that has been at the top of the acoustic guitar industry for many years, and while it was originally a very reasonable model at just over 100,000 yen, used guitars are even more affordable. This is a great guitar for a first time guitar player, and is easy to hold, easy to play, and has a great sound.
The back of the neck and the lower bout on the top 6-string side of the body are shiny, and there is a scratch next to the soundhole and shiny from use. There are also some scratches and shininess next to the soundhole. Overall, the guitar has a sense of use such as shininess, but there are few dents and other damages, giving the impression that the guitar has been carefully played.
