Since its production started in 1932, the D18 has been a mainstay of the music scene alongside the iconic D28, and is considered by many fans to be even better than the D28. The D18 has a beautiful, transparent sound that is appreciated by fingerpickers, and it can also handle a wide range of loud strokes. It has a good balance from low to high registers, and you can enjoy THE Martin sound with the warmth and deep receptiveness that is typical of mahogany.
The price of Martin has been getting higher and higher in recent years, so please consider this model before you regret not getting it!
The condition of this guitar is as follows: There are some cracks on both sides of the first floor of the neck. It has been over-lacquered, but the over-lacquer was applied a long time ago and there are some weather checks. Pickups and strap pins have been added, and the pickguard, bridge pins, and pegs have been replaced. There are some dings and scratches on the top, but considering the age of the instrument, it is in good condition.
