The Smoggy Overdrive is Y.O.S. Guitar Workshop's original handmade overdrive that reproduces the traditional tube drive sound in any environment. It adds attractive harmonics and a tight low end to the sound while maximizing the guitar's character.
Despite its simple operation, a wide range of sounds can be created with a single unit, from fat clean boosts, to small crunchy sounds, to dynamic drive sounds. All of the individual controls are focused within a practical range, creating a nimble sound that will never get buried in a band ensemble.
The high-density chassis and well-calculated grounding lines also provide a remarkably low-noise design.
This is a great unit that is well known for both looks and sound.
The unit is in good working condition with some scratches and dings from use.
