USED Hofner / 500/1 Vintage 64 [12]

A reissue of the 1964-spec 500/1 has arrived.
Made in the 1990s, this Hefner violin bass is packed with attention to detail and is believed to have been ordered by the official domestic distributor at the time.

It features a spruce top, a hollow body with flamed maple sides and back, and a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. It produces the warm sound characteristic of a hollow-body instrument.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, tarnish on the metal parts, and paint cracks around the binding.
The frets have been filed down and have about 7-bun of life remaining; the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
Condition Grade: B+: Some minor imperfections, but no issues for normal use
