USED Orville by Gibson / LPC / Les Paul Custom, 1993, Wine Red [12]

We’ve received a used 1993 Orville by Gibson Les Paul Custom.
This is a Japanese-made Les Paul crafted by Terada Gakki—a company renowned for its Japanese-made Gretsch guitars and Epiphone Elitist series—and it dates from the period when the deep-joint neck was in use.

While these guitars are generally equipped with Gibson pickups, there are various configurations depending on the year of manufacture; this particular model features 57 Classic pickups in both the front and rear positions.

Weighing in at 4.80 kg, it’s on the heavier side, but you’ll be able to enjoy the excellent craftsmanship typical of Japanese-made instruments, along with the punchy, robust sound characteristic of a Les Paul Custom.
There are signs of a previous neck break repair, but it has been thoroughly repaired with a volute, so you can use it with confidence.
The nut and rear tone knob have been replaced, and the pickguard is missing.
Overall, there are numerous scuffs and dents of varying sizes scattered across the body, and the hardware shows some tarnish.
While it shows signs of wear commensurate with its age, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
