USED Gretsch / 1959 6125 Single Anniversary 2Tone Smoke Green [20]

This model was released in 1958 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Gretsch's founding, and was released at the same time as the "Anniversary" one-pickup model.
This model was manufactured from 1958 to 1975, and is one of the most popular vintage Gretsch models available at a relatively reasonable price.
It is a rare 2-Tone Smoke Green model with trestle bracing, which is only seen on the early Gretsch models.
The serial number is 32800, which is a good number and hard to miss.

The pickgap has been replaced with a USA-made TV Classic Bridge, and the hard case is made by Gretsch, but it is not original.
The strap pin at the bottom of the body is missing.
The pickguard and escutcheon have been repaired and cracked.
The neck has been reset once, and there are cracks and chips in the binding.
The frets and nut have been replaced, and the 1F-3F fingerboard has dings from playing.
There are cracks along the neck seam at the top of the back of the head, and weather checks throughout.
There are other signs of use characteristic of vintage instruments, such as paint chips and cracks throughout.
