35-33.5 inch multi scale
The scale is 35 inches on the 7-string side, which is a feature of BTB, and 33.5 inch multi scale on the 1-string side. (3-string: 34 inches)

9pc Maple/Panga Panga/Walnut neck with Graphite reinforcement rods
9pc maple neck combined with hard walnut and panga panga wood for a clear sound image and rich attack.
Graphite reinforcement rods inside the neck reinforce the rigidity.

Neck-through construction
Long sustain and rich resonance from the through-neck construction and the seamless feel of the neck back across the entire fretboard range are the greatest features of the BTB bass.

Rosewood fretboard
Rosewood is the most popular fretboard material and is known for its well-balanced sound.

Medium Stainless Steel frets
Stainless steel frets are used for the frets, which are characterized by their bright sound quality and high durability.

Bubinga top / Ash / Okoume wing body
Bubinga wood is used for the top, which is characterized by its hardness and clear sound image, and ash and okoume wood are laminated together to create a wing body with a boutique feel.

T1 pickups
The T1 pickups are original separate coil humbuckers designed for a sound with tight response in the bass register, punchy midrange, and clear treble.
The rounded cover edge is designed for easy finger placement, and the two pickups are slightly offset so that their edges are nearly parallel to the strings, providing a level of playability not found on other multi-scale models. The height of each pickup can be adjusted individually.

Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ w/EQ bypass switch & Mid frequency switch
This equalizer produces an active sound with a wide range and low noise, and the mid frequency can be switched between 250 Hz, 450 Hz, and 700 Hz.
It also has an EQ bypass switch that allows it to be used as a passive bass. (When bypassed: Tone control by Treble knob)(006P battery powered)

MR5S bridge
The MR5S (monorail) bridge is equipped with a string-to-string pitch adjustment mechanism. Each string is independent of the other strings, and the vibration of the strings is transmitted directly to the body.
The saddle can be moved ±1.5 mm to the left and right, and the space between strings (pitch between strings) can be adjusted as desired within the range of movement.
