Steve Vai's new color model, the ultimate in guitar design!

- Steve Vai himself named this signature model "PIA: Paradise in Art", positioning it as "the evolution of the JEM".
The body is made of alder like the JEM7V, but the body edge, contours, horns, and other details have been carefully designed.
- Symbolic petal grips designed to resemble petals that are nestled together.
- PIA neck with 5pc maple/walnut construction, shaped like Steve's favorite grip as well as JEM.
- PIA brassam inlays that, along with the grip, are the iconic art of the Steve Vai model
Fingerboard is rosewood. Side position marks are made of luminous Luminlay.
- Scalloped fingerboard (21st to 24th frets)
- Jumbo size stainless steel frets (w/Prestige fret edge treatment)
- USA-made DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups designed for PIA
- High-pass filter (operated by pushing and pulling the volume knob. Activated when the volume knob is pulled)
- Magnetic tremolo cavity plate that can be attached and removed without the need for mounting screws.
