Roasted maple neck and rosewood fingerboard

The neck is made of heat-treated maple. The heat treatment is expected to provide shape stability, resistance to warping, water resistance, and resistance to temperature changes.
After several prototypes and verifications, we concluded that 20.5*22.5 (at1F*12F) was the best neck thickness.
The back of the neck is finished with a satin finish to ensure smooth playing comfort.
The fretboard is made of rosewood, which is known for its tenacious and mild mid-range sound.

We obtained more than dozens of pickups and measured their frequency response.
We then determined the specifications and sound image of the pickups that we thought would be most suitable for AZ, and developed these pickups in collaboration with Seymour Duncan, a pickup brand that has a long history and continues to make new efforts. This is a pickup for AZ.
This is a custom pickup that focuses on the followability and reproducibility of picking, with the output being kept low so that the cleanness of the original sound remains somewhere even when distorted.
The total balance from treble to bass and from the 1st to 6th strings is important, and we also pursued good effect effects. Alnico-5 magnets are used.

ネック材には加熱処理されたメイプル材を使用しています。加熱処理をすることで、形状安定性、反りに対する耐久性、耐水性、温度変化に強いといった効果を期待できます。
ネックの厚みは数種類の試作と検証を経た結果、20.5*22.5 (at1F*12F)がベストであると結論付けました。
ネック裏はサテンフィニッシュで仕上げ、スムーズな弾き心地を約束します。
指板には、粘りのあるマイルドな中音域サウンドが特徴のローズウッド材を使用しています。

その中からAZに最適と考えられるピックアップの仕様と音像を割り出し、ピックアップ･ブランドとして長い歴史を持ちつつ、今も尚新たな取り組みを続けているピックアップ･ブランドの代名詞Seymour Duncan社とのコラボレーションによって生まれたAZ専用ピックアップです。
歪ませてもどこかに原音のクリーンさを残す様、すべからく出力を抑え気味にして、ピッキングの追従性と再現性にポイントをおいたカスタム･ピックアップです。
トレブルからベース、あるいは1弦から6弦までの鳴り方まで、あくまでもトータルのバランスを重要視しエフェクトの乗りの良さも追求しました。マグネットはAlnico-5を採用しています。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
