The entry-level model of Deering banjos of yesteryear!

This is a resonator 5-string banjo called Intermediate with metal rim. It was probably made in 1988 from the serial number. Resonator and neck seem to be made of mahogany. The flange design is unique.
Light dings, scrapes, scratches, rust on metal parts, and tarnish can be seen, but there is no noticeable damage. The bridge has been replaced with a Grover bridge and the tailpiece has been replaced. 5 strings have been nailed at the 7th and 9th frets.
The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees in the tightening direction. The frets are still over 80% high and the sound and playability are perfect. It has been set up by a banjo player's repairman.
Recommended for beginners and intermediate bluegrass banjo players, and for those who want to introduce the banjo sound into pop music.

「ディーリング・バンジョーの往年のエントリー・モデル！」

メタルのリムを採用したインターミディエイトと呼ばれるリゾネーター5弦バンジョーです。製造番号からおそらく1988年製でしょう。リゾネーターとネックはマホガニーのようです。フランジのデザインが独特です。
軽度の打痕、擦り傷、引っ掻き傷、金属部品の錆、くすみが確認できますが、目立つダメージはありません。ブリッジはグローバーの物が付けられ、またテール・ピースが交換されています。7、9フレットに5弦の釘打ちがなされています。
ネックの状態は適正で、トラス・ロッドは締め方向に60度までの動作確認済です。フレットの高さは8割以上残っており、演奏性サウンドともに申し分ありません。バンジョー・プレイヤーのリペアマンによるセッティングがなされております。
ブルーグラス・バンジョーの入門者、中級者の方や、ポップスにバンジョー・サウンドを取り入れてみたい方にお勧めの一本。
