Fret wear is within normal limits, and the frets are at a playable height
The following work was performed at our contracted workshop:
◯ Crack in the center of the top: Glued and reinforced to prevent further cracking
◯ Binding on the 6th and 1st string sides: Adhesive applied to the indentations
Additionally, there are visible traces of previous repairs for a detached bridge.
