Gibson Custom Shop has developed the "Historic Collection", which faithfully reproduces vintage models.
This time, we are pleased to announce the arrival of the Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Reissue Plain Top made in 1999!

This is the first model of the "Historic Collection" which started in 1999 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the launch of the 59 Les Paul.
The color is a faithful reproduction of the faded Cherry Sunburst from the time when there were not many colors available.

The body and neck are made of mahogany, with a maple top and a high-quality rose fingerboard.
The neck grip is a C-shape neck with moderate thickness, making it easy to grip and feel comfortable in the hand.
The maple top is plain top with impressive and realistic grain.
Two original "57Classic" PUs are installed.
These pickups are faithfully reproduced from the "PAF" pickups known as vintage Gibson pickups, and are characterized by crisp high mids and sweet overtones.
Controls are simple with 2VOL2TONE.

The condition of the guitar has some scratches and dents. There are some scratches and dents, and some metal parts are dull.
There is a crack on the control knob.
Although there is some damage, the condition is quite good considering the age of the instrument.
It is highly recommended for collectors.

今回は1999年製のHistoric Collection 1959 Les Paul Reissue Plain Topが入荷致しました！

本機は59 レスポール発売開始から40周年を記念して1999年より開始された「Historic Collection」の最初期の個体でございます。
当時のまだカラー展開が多くなかった頃のチェリーサンバーストが褪色した色味を忠実に再現したカラーとなっております。

目の詰まったマホガニーボディ・ネックにメイプルトップ、良質なローズ指板といった王道レスポールスペック。
ネックグリップは適度な厚みのあるCシェイプネックとなっており、握り込みやすく手に馴染みやすいグリップ感となっております。
またトップ材のメイプルはプレーントップとなっており、印象的でリアルな杢目となっております。
PUにはオリジナルの「57Classic」を2機搭載。
Gibsonのヴィンテージピックアップとして知られる”PAF”を忠実に再現されたピックアップとなっており、キレの良いハイミッドや甘い倍音が特徴的。
コントロールは2VOL2TONEとシンプルな仕様でございます。

状態に関しましては、傷や打痕が数か所見受けられます。また、金属パーツのくすみがございます。
コントロールノブにひび割れがございます。
多少のダメージはあるものの、年式から考えるとかなり良いコンディションを保っております。
コレクターの方にも大変おすすめです。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
