Private Stock
The PRS top line "Private Stock" is a completely custom-ordered line apart from the regular production line.
The models of this series are made by a small number of elite craftsmen using the rarest and most valuable woods and luxurious inlays, and are the ultimate guitars with a beautiful and artistic appearance, sound, and playability that can be described as craftsmanship. This is the ultimate guitar.

This particular guitar is based on the popular "Custom 22" model with a stoptail bridge.

Body
First of all, the top of the body, which can be called the face of the guitar, is made of "Spalted Maple.
The unique and artistic grain patterns of the wood grain look like a painting drawn by nature.

The body back is made of "Black Corinna.
This wood is both robust and beautiful, supporting a rich mid-bass range and adding depth and dimension to the sound.
The luxurious combination of spotted maple and black Korina not only looks beautiful, but also provides an uncompromising finish in terms of sound.

The coloring is "Natural Smoked Burst" with an Ultra-Thin High Gloss Nitro (lacquer) finish.

Neck
The neck is made of "MacArthur Ebony," which has a strong stripe pattern that gives it an overwhelming presence.
The fingerboard, headstock veneer, and truss rod cover are also made of MacArthur Ebony, taking advantage of its beauty and strength.

The neck shape is the same "Pattern" as the regular model, which is both easy to grip and comfortable to finger.

In addition, a beautiful bird inlay made of "Black Onyx" dances beautifully on the fingerboard, and 14-karat gold is applied around the perimeter to further enhance the luxurious feel.
This combination of materials is reminiscent of kintsugi, a traditional Japanese technique of restoring chipped or broken vessels using lacquer and gold powder, and the contrast between black and gold creates a unique dignity and elegance.

These high quality materials and sophisticated design not only make the instrument look gorgeous, but also enhance the satisfaction of playing it.

The side dots and frets are made of gold, which accentuates the high quality of the instrument.
This specification cannot be ordered today, making this guitar truly one-of-a-kind.

Pickups
Old style bobbin "57/08" pickups are installed.
This pickup is inspired by the 1957 humbuckers and uses an Alnico 2 magnet to produce a modern and classic sound. The tone is very easy to handle.

The "DGT" control has 2Vol, 1Tone, and a 3-way selector. Pulling the tone pot activates coil tapping.

Sound
The hard and tight characteristics characteristic of the ebony neck produce a tight bass sound with a fast attack.
It responds well to picking, and the clear, core tone resonates pleasantly.

Furthermore, the weight balance is excellent, with a moderate mass on the neck side, which provides excellent stability when the guitar is held in position.
Its sound and balance come together to create a piece that maximizes performance.

Condition.
There are some signs of use, such as minor scratches, dents, and dulling of the bridge and other parts.
The neck, frets, truss rod, and other parts are all in good playing condition.
