JAMES TYLER has been making guitars for a long time, starting with the "Studio Elite" series designed to support the diverse music scene of the 80's, the rise of the "Classic Style" in the 90's, and the "Retro Series" that responded to the current music scene of the 2000's, which can be called the great mix of the music scene. The "Retro Series," "HD Series," "Mongoose Series," and many other models have been introduced to the world. The Studio Elite HD-P from JAMES TYLER, the pinnacle of component guitars, is now in stock!

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is made of carefully selected Alder. The body is made of carefully selected Alder, which produces a fat, glossy, and clear sound that is unique to Tyler. The neck is made of quarter-sawn maple and the fingerboard is Indian rosewood.

The neck shape is "Thin '59". It has a smooth satin finish with a thin grip that matches any playing style.

Hardware part
The bridge is a Gotoh "G2TS" with a pressed saddle with Tyler's engraving on the base plate, which is trusted by many high-end brands. 2-point support ensures smooth operation and the pressed saddle provides a sense of overtones.

The pegs are Hipshot locking type for stable tuning and quick string changes.

Pickups
The pickups are slanted from the neck position, "JTS5500, JTS5500, and SUPER".

The JTS5500 is a single coil pickup specially designed for S/S/H. It uses the same magnet and wires as the original pickup set 5250, which was developed based on James Tyler's original idea, but it is compatible with the 500k volume pot and produces a well-balanced S/S/H sound. The Super is a modern rock single.

The Super is a pickup that gives the impression of a modern rock single shot. It has a strong low end and less midrange push than the Shark. On the other hand, the high frequency range has more presence than the Shark, making it a high-gain pickup. It also responds to the volume of the guitar. The sound can be used in any position, and is designed to be used for any genre of playing.

Controls
The controls are simple enough to be accepted by many players, with a master volume, 5-way selector, and master tone.
Although the controls on this model are very simple, the 5-way switch has no usable or unusable notes, and the ability to produce the best sound in all positions is one of the strengths of James Tyler guitars.

When the bridge PU is mixed with the middle PU, the humbucker is automatically coil-tapped.

JAMES TYLER guitars are made only a few hundred each year worldwide due to the use of carefully selected materials and the extremely careful manufacturing process, and they are not often in stock. Although expensive, once you touch one of these guitars, you will forget the time and concentrate on playing. We hope you will experience its sound.

Condition
The guitar is in relatively clean condition with few signs of use, although there are a few scratches from playing. Of course, there are no problems with the neck, frets, truss rod, or any other playing-related conditions.

The use of carefully selected materials and the extremely careful manufacturing process mean that only a few hundred of these instruments are made each year worldwide, making them very rare and scarce!
