USED GIBSON USA / 100TH ANNIVERSARY 1951 J-185 [03]

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a pre-owned GIBSON 100th Anniversary 1951 J-185, made in the USA in 1994.
Introduced in 1951 and discontinued in 1959, the J-185 is one of the most legendary flat-top guitars Gibson ever made, a slightly smaller design of the SJ-200, but with a richer sound than it looks.

The top is made of spruce, and maple is used for the back and sides, which show various expressions depending on the angle of lighting.
The bridge has a distinctive inlay that shines brightly. The color on the back of the neck is a characteristic of the 100th Anniversary model, and with a scale of 628.65mm, it has a different sound from the SJ-200, with good response and a strong, characteristic midrange sound.

Weather check has occurred, and there are some signs of use such as scratches and minor dings on the head. The truss rod has approximately 60 degrees of leeway. The frets have been grated.
The original hard case that comes with the instrument is damaged.
