USED FENDER CUSTOM SHOP / Time Machine Series 1959 Precision Bass Modified [03]

Newly arrived pre-owned is a 1959 model Precision Bass from the TimeMachine series by Fender Custom Shop!

This bass has a standard alder body, maple neck, and 7.25R rosewood fingerboard.
There are no functional problems, but you can feel the previous owner's attention to detail in some areas.
First, let's start with the distinctive looks. The paint has probably been peeled off once, giving it a Sherwood Green color. However, it is not a satin finish, and you can feel the texture of the wood. However, there is a pink finish on the back of the PG near the PU.
The pickguard has also been replaced. There are some scratches and scratches on the overall surface, and some paint that may have been used to finish the body can be seen on the edges.
RELIC (REL)" is written on the back of the PG, the joint, and the heel of the neck. Also, the stamp indicates that the guitar was made in 2009.

Regarding the electrical system, the PU seems to be in good condition, but the tone pot has been replaced with a CTS one. There is no problem with the output.

The sound is of high quality in a wide range, as expected from a custom store. The middle range is not too close to the low end, and the low end is gently enveloped by a warm nuance.

The rod has about half a turn left in the tightening direction, but the neck is currently straight. The neck is currently straight and can still be used for a long time.
