JAMES TYLER began with the 'Studio Elite' series, guitars designed to support the diverse music scene of the 80s. It then responded to the rise of the 'Classic Style' in the 90s, and to the great mixture that is the current music scene of the 2000s, releasing numerous models including the 'Retro Series', 'HD Series', and 'Mongoose Series'.
Now, the Studio Elite HD has arrived from JAMES TYLER, the pinnacle of component-based guitars!!

The Rasta Shmear is an extremely rare special finish within the James Tyler lineup.
Each piece has a unique appearance, making it a rare color that can essentially be considered a one-off.

The body is crafted from meticulously selected alder wood, producing the signature Tyler sound: rich, resonant, and full of presence. The neck and fingerboard feature quarter-sawn maple.
The neck shape is the "Extra Thin '59". Finished with a smooth satin finish, its thin grip suits any playing style – truly impressive.

The bridge features the 'G6TS', which combines a Gotoh base plate trusted by many high-end brands with Tyler-engraved pressed saddles.
Furthermore, the use of Hipshot locking tuners ensures stable tuning and quick string changes.

The pickups are the "JTS5500, JTS5500, SECRET," mounted directly.
The JTS5500, designed specifically for S/S/H configurations, uses the same magnets and wire as the original 5250 pickup set developed from James Tyler's unique vision. It is compatible with 500k volume pots, delivering a balanced S/S/H sound.
SECRET delivers exceptionally clear tonal separation and upper midrange. It possesses a distinct tonal richness and three-dimensional soundstage, offering a slight compression feel while still accurately expressing attack with strong picking. It produces a highly musical tone with a human voice quality.
Designed specifically for James Tyler's ML Classic model.

Controls feature a master volume, 5-way selector, and neck tone/middle tone, adopting a classic, simple layout.
