Fender Japan has a long and rich history, and this new arrival is a true representative of the Fender Japan era.

Featuring a slab-style rosewood fingerboard and a ground wire beneath the rear pickup—just like the 1962 Jazz Bass—the "JB62" is renowned as one of the most popular Japanese-made Fender models, alongside Fender Japan’s "JB75."
Based on its serial number, this instrument appears to have been manufactured between 2010 and 2012. It is a cost-effective model featuring a basswood body.

Not only in terms of specifications, but also in playability and sound, it has no quirks—it is truly a "standard Jazz Bass."
It strikes a balance—neither too wild nor too tame—resulting in a highly versatile instrument.

The truss rod currently functions normally in both tightening and loosening directions, though there is approximately half a turn of adjustment remaining in the loosening direction.
The neck is in good condition.

There are scratches and dents on the body, showing signs of use.
