Features forward-shifted scalloped bracing, herringbone binding, slotted diamond and square inlays, and a modified V-neck.
The sound is delicate yet has substantial volume. When strummed, it produces powerful bass and brilliant treble, making it ideal for singing and accompaniment.
For lead playing, it produces a delicate yet focused sound with remarkable power.

Although it is a signature model, its beautiful appearance and the perfection of its sound have earned it high praise even among non-Clapton fans.

Although it is a used instrument, it is in relatively good condition. When you run your finger along the joints—such as the body binding, the body end, and the transition between the neck and fingerboard—you can feel slight unevenness in the finish.
While there are other minor signs of use, scratches, and age-related changes, it is in relatively good condition for a 2006 model.

The neck is in good condition, with over 80% of the original fret height remaining and ample saddle height.
The truss rod has over 60 degrees of adjustment remaining in the tightening direction. String action is approximately 2.4 mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string and approximately 1.9 mm at the 12th fret on the 1st string, making it in excellent playing condition.
It sounds and plays wonderfully, and I highly recommend it.
