It shows significant signs of use, with scratches and paint chips throughout. There is also extensive cosmetic damage, such as tarnish and rust on metal parts and screws.
After this item arrived at our facility, we replaced the strings with new ones and our repair department cleaned, maintained, and set up all parts.
