The "American Standard" series was released in 1988.
This time, we have just received an "American Standard Telecaster" made in 1989, the following year.

It has a natural finish and maple fretboard, and looks good with a little bit of burnt appearance due to its age.
The slim shaped neck has a 9.5" fretboard radius, medium jumbo frets, and 22 frets on the back.
Overall, the guitar features modern specs, including Schaller rotomatic pegs with Fender engraving and a 6-way saddle.

The neck pickup has been replaced with a G&L MFD pickup.
The tone pots have also been replaced, and the Vol pot has solder on it, but is barely dated 1989.
The switch knob and strap pin lock are missing.

Overall, the guitar shows signs of use commensurate with its age, but there are no fatal damages.
The neck is in good condition, and there is plenty of truss rod to spare.
The frets are about 70% full, and the guitar is in good playing condition.

Comes with non-original soft case.

1988年に発表された「American Standard」シリーズ。
この度入荷したのはその翌年の1989年に製作された「American Standard Telecaster」。

ナチュラル・フィニッシュ×メイプル指板で、経年で少し焼けたルックスが良い個体です。
スリムなシェイプのネックで指板ラディアスは9.5"、フレットにはミディアム・ジャンボを使用し、鍔出しの22フレット仕様。
Fender刻印入りのシャーラー製ロトマチック・ペグ、6wayサドルを採用するなど、全体的にモダンなスペックが特徴となります。

ネック・ピックアップがG&L製のMFDピックアップに交換されています。
その他にトーン・ポットが交換されており、Volポットは半田が乗っていますが辛うじて1989年のデイトが確認できます。
スイッチ・ノブとストラップ・ピンのロック部が欠品しています。

全体的には年式相応の使用感がございますが、致命的なダメージはございません。
ネックの状態も良く、トラスロッドも余裕あり。
フレットの残量も7割ほどで、プレイ・コンディション良好な一本です。

ノンオリジナル・ソフトケースが付属します。
