The 2018 1968 Stratocaster Relic Faded 3-Color Sunburst is now in stock!

The body is made of Alder wood.
The body is made of Alder wood, urethane coated on the base, and lacquered and coated on top of that.
The faded yellowish sunburst color, which shows the grain of the wood, gives the guitar a vintage 68 look.

The neck is made of quarter-sawn maple.
The fingerboard is made of round pasted maple, a rare specification at that time.
The neck shape is 1969 U, which is thicker in the low position.
The thickness of the neck is one of the important elements of the big-boned sound.
Fingerboard radius is 9.50".

Front and middle pickups are hand-wound 69 Strat, and a hand-wound Texas Special is mounted on the rear.
The three hand-wound pickups pick up every bit of the howling sound.
The center pickup is wound with reverse polarity to reduce noise by causing hum cancellation at half-tone.

The neck is currently straight, and the truss rod has been checked to 90° left and right.
The tightening direction still seems to be able to turn.
There is about 1.3mm of frets left, so it can be used immediately.
There are no replacement parts, and the instrument is fully original.

It has a sharp, barking sound with a powerful and thick bone structure that is different from the 50's. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

ボディはアルダー材を使用。
当時の仕様と同様に、下地をウレタン塗装し、その上にラッカーで着色と上塗りをされております。
木目がしっかり見えるフェイドし黄色味がかったサンバーストが、68らしいビンテージ感を演出しております。

ネックは柾目のメイプル材。
指板は当時のレア仕様であるラウンドの貼りメイプル。
ネックシェイプはローポジションがガッシリした1969 Uを採用。
このネックの太さも、骨太なサウンドの大事な要素の一つです。
指板ラディアスは9.50"。

ピックアップに、フロントとミドルがハンドワウンドの69 STRAT、リアにハンドワウンドのテキサススペシャルを搭載。
3基のハンドワウンドピックアップにより、吠えるような鳴りを余すとこなく拾い上げてくれます。
センターピックアップは逆極性に巻かれており、ハーフトーンでハムキャンセルを起こすことでノイズを低減します。

ネックは現状真っすぐで、トラスロッドは左右90°まで確認済み。
締め方向はまだまだ回りそうです。
フレットも1.3mmほど残っており、即戦力としてお使いいただけます。
交換パーツも無く、フルオリジナルを保っております。

吠えるような鋭いサウンドを持ちながら、50年代と一味違うパワフルさ、骨太さを持つ魅力的な1本です。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
