From 1988 to 1998, "Orville by Gibson" was sold in the Japanese market as an intermediate brand between Gibson and Epiphone.
The brand name is derived from the name of the founder, Orville Henry Gibson.

This time, we have SG-65 Ebony.
It has a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard, following the basic specs of the SG Standard.
It also has the small pickguard, larger head, and cruson style pegs, which are the specs of the "61 Reissue," Gibson's current product at that time.

Two Orville original humbucking pickups are mounted.
The neck also features a thin grip like early 60's SGs.

This model has strong signs of use such as scratches and dents overall.
There are also some touch-up marks on the lower part of the body.

However, it is in good playing condition, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has room to spare.

1988年から1998年まで、GibsonとEpiphoneの中間ブランドとして、日本市場向けに発売されていた”Orville by Gibson”。
ブランド名は、創業者である”オーヴィル・ヘンリー・ギブソン”のOrvilleを由来としております。

今回入荷した個体はSG-65 Ebony。
マホガニー・ボディ、マホガニー・ネック＆ローズウッド指板とSG Standardの基本スペックを踏襲。
スモール・ピックガードや大きめのヘッド、クルーソン・スタイルのペグを採用するなど、当時のGibsonの現行品でもある「61 Reissue」のスペックも取り入れられております。

ピックアップはOrvilleオリジナルのハムバッキングを二基搭載。
ネックも60年代初期のSGのような薄めのグリップが特徴となります。

本機は全体的に擦り傷や打痕といった使用感が強い個体です。
ボディ下部にはタッチアップ痕もございます。

ですが、プレイ・コンディションは良好で、ネックの状態も良く、トラスロッドも余裕あり。
フレットも8割ほどの残量でまだまだご使用いただけます。

ノンオリジナル・ソフトケースが付属します。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
