We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1977 Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherry Sunburst.

This is one of the first Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherry Sunburst after the parent company changed to Norlin in 1969.
The large head is equipped with a Kluson Keystone Tuner with Norlin logo, 3-piece maple neck/top and mahogany back, thin neck shape similar to "Slim Taper" used on current Gibson products, and late 70's specs. The head has a serial number and is MADE IN JAPAN.

The head has a serial number and MADE IN U.S.A. engraved, and there is a volute at the base.

The neck is also sprayed with sunburst and has a side position mark at the first fret. The frets are "Wide and Low," which is a characteristic of this period, and are in good condition and remain high.

The chrome parts, which keep their shine, are equipped with Tune-O-Matic (aka Nashville type), which was developed in the mid-70s to solve the problems of ABR-1. Knobs are equipped with gold top hats with metal.

Two engraved numbered pickups are equipped.

There are some burn marks on the stand and buckle marks on the body end, but considering its age, it is still in very clean condition.
The beautiful cherry sunburst color is very attractive.

1969年に親会社がNorlinへと変わった後の１本。
ラージヘッドにはノーリンロゴの入ったKluson Keystone Tunerを搭載し、３ピース・メイプル・ネック/トップにマホガニー・バック、ネックシェイプは現在のGibson製品でも採用されている、「Slim Taper」に近い薄めのネック、と７０年代後期の仕様。

ヘッドにはシリアルナンバー、MADE IN U.S.A刻印、付け根にはボリュートがあり、ヘッド裏にも美しいたサンバーストが吹かれております。

ネックにもサンバーストが吹かれ、１フレットにサイドポジションマークがある仕様で、フレットはこの時期の特徴でもある、低めの「Wide and Low」でコンディション良く、高さが残っております。

輝きを保っているクロームパーツでは、７０年代中頃にABR-1の問題解決のため開発されたTune-O-Matic(通称ナッシュビルタイプ)を搭載。ノブはメタル付きゴールドトップハットを装備。

ピックアップには刻印ナンバード２基搭載。
2vol、2toneのコントロールに、CircleD コンデンサを使用。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
