Gibson USA SG Standard '61 TV Yellow -2023- is now in stock!

In September 2023, the "Custom Color" series of "Les Paul Standard 50s & 60s" was introduced, and "SG Standard & Standard '61" was introduced as the second series.

The Custom Color series features six colors: Pelham Blue Burst, Cardinal Red Burst, Silver Mist, Translucent Teal, TV Yellow, and Classic White, creating a sound that transcends generations and musical genres, and that continues to be played and loved. A return to classic design.

Wood materials of solid mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard.
Tuners have been replaced with Kluson-type pegs from Gibson Deluxe, truss rod cover has been replaced from the original plain to a vintage '61-like "Les Paul" engraved, and nut has been replaced from Delrin to oiled cow bone.

There is a paint crack around the side binding on the heel side of the neck of the bound neck with dish inlay, but there is no problem with the gluing.

Two "SEYMOUR DUNCAN Seth Lover" pickups are installed, and the condenser has been replaced with a Gibson Custom Shop's famous Black Beauty replica, and the inside of the cavity has been sealed with aluminum sheet. The SG Standard has been upgraded to a vintage sound and is ready for immediate use.

Nickel hardware, Nashville-style Tune-o-Matic bridge, and metal top hat knob. The tailpiece has been replaced with a Gibson Maestro Long Vibrola, and the stud holes in the stop bar have been filled.
The pickguard has been replaced with a Custom Shop one, and the screw holes that do not fit have been filled.
There is a counterbore in the rear pickup cavity and a filled-in screw hole on the side of the pickup, which suggests that a P-90 Dogear may have been installed.

There is a history of replacements and modifications, but it is in good playability.

2023年9月に「Les Paul Standard 50s＆60s」の”Custom Color”シリーズが登場し、第二弾として「SG Standard ＆ Standard '61」が登場。

カスタムカラーシリーズではぺルハム・ブルー・バースト／カーディナル・レッド・バースト／シルバー・ミスト／トランスルーセント・ティール／TVイエロー／クラシック・ホワイトの6色が採用されており、世代や音楽のジャンルを超えてサウンドを創造し、演奏され、愛され続けるクラシックなデザインに回帰。

ソリッド・マホガニー・ボディとネック、ローズウッド指板のウッドマテリアル。
チューナーはGibson DeluxeからKlusonタイプのペグへと交換され、トラスロッドカバーはオリジナルの無地からビンテージの61年製に似た「Les Paul」刻印入りに交換、ナットもデルリンからオイル漬け牛骨に交換されております。

ディッシュインレイが施されたバインドネックのネックヒール側サイドバインディング辺りに塗装クラックがございますが接着には問題ございません。

ピックアップは「SEYMOUR DUNCAN Seth Lover」を2基搭載し、コンデンサーをGibson Custom Shopでもお馴染みのブラックビューティーレプリカに交換され、キャビティー内はアルミシートでシールディングされております。ビンテージサウンドにアップグレードされたSG Standard。即戦力としてお使い頂けます。

ハードウェアはニッケルを使用し、ナッシュビルタイプのTune-o-Matic ブリッジ、メタル付きトップハットノブを使用。テールピースはGibson Maestro Long Vibrolaに交換され、Stop Barのスタッド穴は埋められております。
ピックガードもカスタムショップ製のものに交換され、合わないビス穴は埋められております。
リアピックアップキャビティにザグリがあり、ピックアップサイドに埋められたネジ穴があるため、P-90 Dogearを搭載していたのではないかと思われます。

交換箇所や修正歴がございますが、プレイヤビリティ良好でございます。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.
