その独特なルックスは、SBVモデルなどにも通ずる所がございます。
ボディは、カツラ材
ネックは、メイプル フィンガーボード、ローズウッド
フレットは、小さく細めのタイプ
スケールは、ミディアムサイズでございます。
コントロールは、1Vol / 1Tone / ピックアップバランサー
ピックアップは、オリジナル
Potもオリジナルで、帝通のスタンプが入っているので、帝国通信工業さんのPotではないかと思われます。
ピックアップバランサーのノブが交換されております
ノイズが多かった為、ジャック部分からアースを引っ張りノイズを軽減しております。
ブリッジはオリジナルで、弦のボールエンドを引っ掛ける部分は、木製になっております。
割れてなくなっている個体も見られますが、オリジナルのまま残っております。
ペグチューナーは、可愛いツマミの付き
ナットは、ステンレスナット 0フレットが装備されております。
ネジは、綺麗な為交換されていると思われます。
ネックは、現状ストレート、トラスロッドは締め方向余裕あり
1966年制と言う事もあり、全体的に、擦り傷、打痕はございます。

Vintage Yamaha 1966 SB-2 Sunburst
Yamaha SB-2 was released in 1966.
The unique look of this instrument is similar to SBV model.
Body is made of Katsura wood
Neck is made of maple, fingerboard is made of rosewood
Fretboard is small and thin type.
Scale is medium size.
Controls: 1Vol / 1Tone / Pickup balancer
Pickups are original.
Pot is also original and has Teitsu stamp, so we think it is Teikoku Tsushin Kogyo's pot.
Pickup balancer knob has been replaced.
The ground has been pulled from the jack to reduce the noise.
The bridge is original, and the part where the ball end of the strings are hooked is made of wood.
Some of the pieces are cracked and missing, but they are still original.
The peg tuners have cute knobs.
The nut is a stainless steel nut with 0 frets.
The screws are clean and have probably been replaced.
The neck is currently straight, and the truss rod has room to tighten.
There are some scratches and dings as a whole due to the fact that it was made in 1966.
S/N: 0020 Joint Stamp: 3.41.10 on both neck and body.
