USED FENDER CUSTOM SHOP / 1960 Custom Telecaster NOS Matching Head 3-Color Sunburst -2005- [04]

We have just received a 2005 1960 Custom Telecaster featuring a sunburst finish with matching headstock.

This Custom Telecaster features a bound body and a sunburst finish.
John Frusciante also plays this model, so I’m sure many of you are fans.

It features an alder body and a maple neck with a slab rosewood fingerboard.
The fingerboard radius is 9.5"R, and it features medium jumbo frets, believed to be Jescar #47104.

The pickguard has warped over time and is slightly lifted in the center.
There are small scratches, including some paint chipping, visible on the lower-left corner of the headstock top, near the cutaway on the back of the body, and around the jack.
Other than that, while there are some signs of general wear, there are no noticeable scratches at first glance.

The wiring has been converted from vintage to current-style, requiring corresponding wiring modifications, and the capacitor has been replaced.

The neck is in good condition, and there is plenty of play in the truss rod.
The frets show almost no wear, making this a guitar in excellent playing condition.

Although the hard case and certificate of authenticity are missing, we verified via a serial number search on the dealer’s website that this is an officially imported model with a date of “04-07-2005.”

An Epiphone soft case is included.
