Fender Japan PB62-53 3-Tone Sunburst -1993–1994-

We have received a used Fender Japan PB62 manufactured by Fujigen.
While the Precision Bass has featured various specifications over the years, this model incorporates the 1962 specs—the ones most people likely envision.

It features a basswood body, an oval-profile maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, with a 432-inch scale length, an 184R fingerboard radius, and 20 jumbo frets.

It features the classic 3-Tone Sunburst finish and a red tortoiseshell pickguard.
It is equipped with a PB-VINTAGE pickup and features Master Volume and Master Tone controls, along with a vintage-style bridge.

It delivers the characteristic thick midrange punch of a Precision Bass, offering outstanding stability and projection.

Approximately 80% of the frets remain, and we have confirmed that the truss rod rotates 60 degrees in both directions. The tone pot has been replaced with an Alpha model.
Overall, this is a relatively clean instrument, though it does have some scratches, scuffs, and dents from use.
