Since its first appearance in 2001, the JP series has remained iconic as John Petrucci's partner while undergoing various updates.
The JP series has been supported not only by numerous fans but also by modern guitarists who need to express themselves in a variety of ways, as the origin of the now-familiar versatile modern guitar.
Finally, in response to the passionate requests of the Japanese market, the JP series has been miraculously "reincarnated" as KID LIMITED!

~SCENE ONE: Pickups~.
The Dimarzio "Crunch Lab" and "Requi Fire" of the time are used!
Compared to the Illuminators on the current JP15, the bridge P.U. has a tighter, lower sound, and the front P.U. has a more middle and sticky sound, which is an attractive combination.

~SCENE TWO: Material.
Basswood body and maple neck, another element that makes early JP so special.
Compared to other woods such as alder, basswood has a relatively flat acoustic characteristic, which allows the sound transmission from the picking pickups to be output in a straightforward manner.

~SCENE THREE: Body contour~.
A scoop cut is used for the elbow portion.
This allows for a better fit to the body and more precise playing.

~SCENE FOUR: Horn~.
As in those days, it is shorter.
This is a point that will appeal to enthusiasts and fans!
