YAMAHA / LS56 Custom ARE Natural [05]

Yamaha proudly presents the “LS56 CUSTOM,” the pinnacle of its acoustic guitar lineup and a made-to-order model!

Yamaha’s “L Series” continues to be a favorite among artists worldwide. Among them, this model bearing the “56” designation is a masterpiece crafted in the Custom Shop, incorporating the finest woods and the expertise of skilled craftsmen.

Despite its small body, the combination of A.R.E.-treated solid Engelmann spruce and solid Indian rosewood delivers surprisingly rich harmonics and a wide dynamic range. Its appeal lies in its overwhelming responsiveness—which surpasses even the top-of-the-line regular models—and a tonal balance that faithfully reproduces every nuance of the player’s touch.

Furthermore, its beauty as a work of art reaches the ultimate level, featuring delicate binding and rosette inlays that showcase masterful craftsmanship, as well as a lacquer finish with stone powder filler. As these instruments are generally made-to-order, they are extremely rare models that you’ll rarely have the chance to hold in your hands. We invite you to experience the quality that Japan is proud to present to the world, along with its deep, sublime sound.
