Suhr / Standard Space Ace is in stock!

Suhr Guitars was established in 1997, and this is one of the earliest units shipped in 1999 with serial 278 and a 99 date on the body.

It has a Standard shape body with Space Ace coloring, which gives it an impactful look. The Space Ace coloring is rare in recent years, but it is rare to see it applied to the back of the neck as well. The back of the head has the serial number and John Suhr's signature handwritten on it.

We contacted Suhr Guitars, but they said they could not determine the specs because it is too early to tell. * I contacted Suhr Guitars, but they said they could not determine the specs because it was too early.

The body is probably Alder, the neck is Maple, and the fingerboard is Rosewood. The pickups are also not sure, but they are probably custom made by Dimarzio since there is a USPAT sticker on the body.

The pegs are equipped with LSR Precision Tuners, which were the most advanced at that time. The tuners are very tricky, but the manual (in English) is included, so changing strings should not be a problem.

There are some minor dings and scratches, but it is still in very clean condition, which is hard to believe it is 25 years old. The truss rod has plenty of room and playability is good.

This is a very rare Suhr Standard.

1997年に設立したSuhr Guitars。本機はシリアル278、ボディに99のデイトがあり1999年に出荷された初期の個体となっています。

StandardシェイプのボディにSpace Aceカラーリングを施したインパクトある見た目となっています。近年Space Aceは稀に見ますがネック裏まで施されているのは珍しいのではないでしょうか。ヘッド裏にはシリアル+John Suhr氏のサインが手書きで入っています。

ボディシェイプはスタンダードシェイプ。Suhr Guitarsに問い合わせをしましたがスペックは初期過ぎて判断ができないと回答されています。* Suhrで製作されたことは間違いございません。

ボデイは恐らくですがアルダー、ネックはメイプルで指板はローズウッドという王道マテリアルかと思います。ピックアップも判断ができませんがUSPATのシールが有ることからDimarzio製のカスタムかと思われます。

ペグは当時の最先端であったLSR Precision Tunersを搭載。非常にコツがいるチューナーですがマニュアル(英語)も付属していますので弦交換も問題ないかと思います。

状態に関しては小さな打痕やキズはございますが、25年前とは思えないほどキレイな状態を保っています。トラスロッドにも余裕がありプレイアビリティは良好です。

非常に珍しいSuhr Standard、ぜひこの機会にご検討くださいませ。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
