Martin "00-18" made in 1972 is now in stock.

The "00 (Double-O)" shape is very popular among professionals and amateurs alike for its ease of handling and excellent playability and sound. Spruce body top, mahogany back and sides, 24.9" scale, 42mm nut width (actual measurement). This model is one of the most famous and easy-to-use acoustic guitars with its good response and grainy sound.

This particular guitar was made in 1972, and has had the nut and frets replaced, the fingerboard corrected, and the pickguard re-made. The condition has been maintained, but the saddle has a small amount of remaining space. The neck has a slight forward bow, which is not typical of Martin guitars of this age. The paint is cloudy, which is a common phenomenon on Martin guitars of this age, but there are no problems when using the guitar.
A Headway pickup/preamp has been added, so the guitar can be used for live performances.

The number of 70's 00's made is very few and very rare, so if you are looking for a usable vintage model, this is the one for you.

取り回しの良さと優れた演奏性・サウンドでプロアマ問わず非常に人気の高い"00(ダブルオー)"シェイプの一本が入荷。ボディトップはスプルース、バック＆サイドにはマホガニー、24.9インチ・スケール、ナット幅約42mm(実測)の仕様。レスポンスの良さと粒立ちの良い音が魅力のモデルで使いやすいアコースティックギターとしても名高い名機の一つです。

本器は1972年製の一本で、ナット・フレットの交換、指板修正、ピックガード再製作が行われております。コンディションは保たれておりますが、サドル残りしろが僅かとなっております。また、指板修正が行われてから年月が経過しており、ネックはやや順反り傾向です。この年代のMartinではお馴染みの塗装の白濁がボディ全体に起こっておりますが、使用上問題はございません。
Headway製のピックアップ/プリアンプが増設されており、ライブでの使用も可能です。

70年代の00は製造本数も少なく、大変希少な機種となっておりますので使えるヴィンテージをお探しの方は是非。
