The "1979 MSB Series I" by "ALEMBIC", the originator of high-end basses and a great influence on bass luthiers, has miraculously arrived.

Even after more than 40 years, there is no major damage to the instrument, indicating that it has been taken very good care of.

The wide range of the sound was considered unique at the time, and it was a challenge for those who used them.
The wide variety of filter controls that bring the wide range of sound closer to the range of existing electric guitars and basses is the essence of the variety of sounds that can be found in Alembic instruments.

It would be a bit harsh to compare (or use in the same way) them with Fender Gibsons, etc., because they are so unique, but we invite you to experience this other dimension and use Alembic instruments with your own ideas and sense of style. It will surely open up new avenues for you!

The body is made of top and back of the finest Zebrawood and mahogany core, and the neck is made of maple and purple heart 5PC neck. The head logo is made of sterling silver.

You can hardly find a vintage alembic in such a good condition.
If you have been looking for one, this is your chance.

There are some scratches, dents, weather checks, etc., but considering the age, there are no problems.
It has been set up and ready to play after arrival.
A supply for driving the instrument and a new line cable (both with cannon terminals) that also serves as a power supply are included.

ハイエンドベースの始祖でありベースルシアーたちに多大な影響を与えてきた「ALEMBIC」社の1979年製 MSB Series I」が奇跡の入荷。

40年以上経った今も大きなダメージは見受けられず非常に大事にされてきた事が見受けられる1本。

アレンビック社の楽器は1970年代既にフルレンジでのサウンドデザインが行われており、既存のエレクトリックギターと比較すると驚異的に広いレンジのサウンドは、当時特異なものに思われたもので、使う側も一苦労させられていました。
その広いレンジを既存のエレクトリックギターやベースのレンジに近づけるための、多彩なフィルターコントロールが装備されていることが、アレンビック製楽器のサウンドバラエティの引き出しの多さであり真骨頂ともいえます。。

あまりに特徴的なためフェンダーギブソンなどと比較(同じように使用)するのは酷ですが、是非一度この異次元を体験し、ご自身のアイデアとセンスでアレンビックを使いこなしてみませんか？きっと新しい道が開けるはず！

ボディ材はトップ&バックに極上のゼブラウッド、マホガニーコアとなっており、ネックはメイプル&パープルハートの5PCネック。ヘッドロゴは純銀製という豪華さはさすがアレンビック。

これほどコンディションの良いヴィンテージアレンビックは探してもなかなか出てきません。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
